I'm gonna go out on a limb and say this mob is true random lottery spawn. I killed him at 9:20pm, again at 1:20am, then came back to camp him from 3am until his next spawn which was 2:20pm the next day. With 16 minute placeholders that build gradual hate... FUCK YOU, SQUARE ENIX, RIGHT IN THE ASS.
